Biography and Education
Birth: Born May 23, 1972, in the village of Zadubrivtsi, Snyatyn District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region.
Education: Received eight-year education in his native village. In 1991, graduated from O. Makovei Chernivtsi Pedagogical College; in 1994, from the Faculty of Pedagogy of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University; in 1998, from the Faculty of Law of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University; in 2004, from the Faculty of Public Administration of the Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. In 2016, defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Political Sciences.
