Biography and Education
Birth: Born on July 16, 1964, in the village of Dert, Rokytne district, Rivne region, to a family of collective farmers Sych Maksym Adamovych and Sych (Chubyk) Yeva Adamivna.
Education: Received eight-year education in his native village, secondary education at Rokytne Secondary School No. 2, and higher education at the History Department of the V. Stefanyk Ivano-Frankivsk State Pedagogical Institute (1981-1986) and at the Law Department of the V. Stefanyk Carpathian National University (1996-1999). In 2000, spent one semester studying at the doctoral program of the Ukrainian Free University (Munich, Germany). In 2008, defended his dissertation to obtain the scientific degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences. In February 2021, obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of Political Sciences.
